Jennifer Tilly was conceived in Los Angeles on 16 September 1958 in very poor circumstances. Her father sold automobiles while her mother worked in school and was an unreliable actor. Jennifer was the youngest of the four children in her family often accompanied her mother to performances in the theater and was very impressed with her. Jennifer's divorce was finalized at the age of five. Jennifer was a part of her youth living in British Columbia, after her mother moved there with her four kids. Jennifer did not have a good education, despite being a talented young person. In her early years, Jennifer was often the victim of bullying in Canadian schools. As her interest in theatre diminished at the age of 16, she began playing in theatre together with her mom. Her children all were motivated by their mothers to pursue a love for art. After that, she immediately began doing something.
